Today we have entered a new phase in the company’s management. Mantra Capital UAB, controlled by Mantas Gudas, who serves as the company’s Chairman of the Board, is becoming the owner of 100% of the shares in one of the oldest and most successful metalworking groups.

“We have reached a new stage in the company’s development. We realized that further growth requires a new impetus, even more transparent and streamlined processes, and faster decision-making. We hope to successfully expand the scope of our planned activities. We will continue to be an active part of the Panevėžys community—we will place great emphasis on cooperation with Panevėžys’ academic institutions and industry, and we will remain active members of the Panevėžys community,” notes Mantas Gudas, Chairman of the Board of Metalistas Group.

As part of the streamlining and restructuring of operations, the planned reorganization phase of UAB METALISTAS LT was implemented starting in 2020. Contract metal processing, cold stamping, and real estate management activities were separated. UAB Metalistas Property was established, managing 24,000 square meters of production and administrative space in Panevėžys and providing property leasing services to group companies and external clients.
