Our company’s long experience and existing capabilities allow us to offer clients services of product creation, development, prototype testing and preparation for mass production. We’re ready to actively engage with product development groups and provide advice on engineering and technological matters, the material properties and resilience of metals, functional design, optimization of production costs, and more. As the outcome of this process, we can offer drawings of the product that has been created, 3D visualizations, and/or a prototype of the final component printed on a 3D printer. Prototype testing is also possible.

METALISTAS as a company has been building and cultivating expertise in stamping equipment for more than 50 years now, designing both the simplest of single operation stamping dies and complex, high-performance progressive dies for cutting and forming metal strips. We specialize mainly in medium- and high-precision stamps for medium-gauge sheet metal but can also offer broader options based on a client’s needs. 

The specialists in METALISTAS’s equipment shop work with CNC metal machining equipment. They can produce equipment and stamps according to the client’s drawings, and also offer overhauls and routine repairs as well as metal hardening services. The company itself designs and manufactures one-step, universal and progressive stamping dies for products made from sheet metal as well as equipment for casting, feeding and similar operations. The top-level qualifications and experience of our CNC operators will not disappoint clients in need of new complex stamping dies or regular maintenance of stamping equipment.  

METALISTAS’s cold stamping and assembly operations are handled by 50 production and administrative staff. The company has an array of more than 20 eccentric presses of varying force. The automatic and mechanical presses have pressing forces of 16 t, 63 t, 100 t, and 160 to 400 t, and the metal thickness most often used in work is 0.5 to 10 mm. Items are stamped from cold rolled steel, galvanized sheets, aluminium, stainless steel, and other metals.

The stamping process includes equipment for the cutting of sheets and automated feeding of rolls, automated quality tracking, finishing, labelling, and packaging. We can offer clients a variety of coating solutions: hot galvanization, cold (electro) galvanization, powder coating, and wet painting. The typical production time is 4 to 6 weeks. By separate agreement, that can be reduced to as little as 1 to 4 days. 

We have years of experience in labelling and packing in cardboard, plastic, and wood packaging, and have implemented numerous unique packaging solutions together with clients. While we have our own standard packing approaches, we can address specific client needs, like private labels.

We provide assembly services for mass-produced products and unique items according to the client’s drawings.
