About us

Metalistas property UAB, which is part of the Metalistas group, engages in the management, administration, and maintenance of real estate. The company owns a 25,000-sqm complex of manufacturing, warehousing, and administrative space on 4 hectares of territory in Panevėžys (Šermukšnių g. 19) and holds other real estate in Panevėžys and Vilnius. The properties are leased out to more than 15 permanent tenants – both businesses and individuals that value convenient location and security as well as the company’s community-minded, responsible, and flexible approach.

Like the entire group, Metalistas Properties abides by the principles of respect for the environment and ecology. A 200-kilowatt solar power plant is installed on the roofs of the buildings the company owns. The green, renewable-source power it generates provides for up to 50% of the electricity that tenant businesses consume. The company sorts industrial and domestic waste, periodically conducts inspections of wastewater, air filters, and other environmental-impact factors, and implements energy-conservation programmes. We have implemented the ISO 14001 environmental protection standard, which ensures less consumption of raw materials and energy as well as management effectiveness.
