Notice of the upcoming reorganization and the prepared reorganization terms

Today we have entered a new stage of company management. Mantra Capital UAB, under the control of Mantas Gudas, chairman of the company’s board, becomes the owner of 100% of the shares for one of the oldest and successfully operating groups of metal processing companies.

“We are ready for a new stage of the company’s development. We realized that further growth requires a new impetus, even more transparent and refined processes and a higher speed of decision-making. We hope to successfully expand the scope of our planned activities. We will continue to remain an active part of the Panevėžys city community – we will pay great attention to cooperation with Panevėžys scientific institutions and industry, we will remain active members of the Panevėžys community,” notes Metalistas Group board chairman Mantas Gudas.

The planned stage of reorganization of the company UAB METALISTAS LT was implemented in the process of refining and restructuring activities from 2020. Contractual activities of metal processing and cold stamping and real estate management are separated.  UAB Metalistas property was established, managing 24,000 sq.  m.  production and administrative premises in Panevėžys and providing property rental services to group companies and external customers.

On 2023-03-16, a meeting of the evaluation commission for the open ideas competition “M. A. Šliogeris Memorial Square”, announced by Metalistas Property UAB, took place. After reviewing and evaluating all submitted projects, the commission selected the winners of the competition:

2023-02-28 baigėsi Metalistas property UAB paskelbo atviro idėjų konkurso „M. A. Šliogerio atminimo skveras“ idėjų pateikimo terminas. Savo idėjas pateikė 9 dalyviai.
2023-03-16 vyks pateiktų idėjų vertinimo komisijos posėdis. Apie vertinimo komisijos priimtus sprendimus konkurso dalyviai bus informuoti konkurso taisyklių nustatyta tvarka.
