We would like to inform you that after a successful year, in the course of the planned strategic reorganization of UAB Metalistas LT (hereinafter – the Company) the separation of the Company’s activities has been started.

We would like to inform you that after a successful and profitable year, in the course of the planned strategic reorganization of UAB Metalistas LT (hereinafter – the Company) the separation of the Company’s activities has been started. The purpose of the reorganization is specialization and development. After the reorganization of the Company, the Company will continue its metal processing activities under the new name METALISTAS LT UAB, and on the basis of a proportionate share of the Company’s separated assets, equity and liabilities, a new company of the same legal form will be created. It will provide real estate management and rental services to Metalistas Group UAB group companies and external clients.

We note that the spin-off process will not have any impact on the Company’s obligations.
